Acting as the Owner's Project Manager, ProPM allows for the Owner to step back from day-to-day project activities and advise on critical elements throughout the process. Mike utilizes his technical expertise in design, construction, hard and soft cost analysis, project scheduling, and constructability reviews to enhance every project in achieving the highest quality for the least cost within the project time parameters. Every aspect of the project is coordinated to keep the Client and Project Team appraised of each task along the way.
