Project and Construction Management services for the design and construction ofroughly 45,000 square feet of new Corporate Offices including an extensive IDF that served both floors and full Employee Break and All-hands area for large gatherings. The project was delivered on-schedule with extensive use of over-time to meet the Client's needs to relocate to the new facility and sub-lease their existing offices.
