Workday, Inc. – 5928 SMR Building Renovation

Mike acted as the Owner's Construction Manager for Workday Inc. for the renovation of the entire building, roughly 240,000 square feet, including new offices, cafeteria, upgraded theater, upgraded media studio, new training facilities and HVAC, Controls, Electrical and DAS systems upgrades in Pleasanton, California. This project included extensive budgeting from the outset to realize the Client's needs and work within their targeted budget. The project included two inter-connecting stairways between the 4^th and 5^th floor and 2^nd and 3^rd floors. The project was phased to allow for Workday to move-in the 5th and 2nd floors in September 2017, open the new Café and 1^st floor facilities in November 2017, the 4^th and 3^rd floors being completed by April 2018. The project was completed on-time for all phases and within the targeted budget.
