Workday, Inc. – 6000 SMR Building Renovation

Mike acted as the Owner's Construction Manager for Workday Inc. for the renovation of the entire building, roughly 60,000 square feet, including new offices, fitness center, and HVAC and Electrical upgrades in Pleasanton, California. The project was completed in Phases with the Client occupying the upper floors while Workday's 1st Fitness facility, on the 1st floor including new shower and locker rooms were completed in June 2017. Exterior renovations of the building included new exterior painting and trash enclosure all coordinating on behalf of the Client through the City of Pleasanton Planning and Building Departments. The project was completed on-time and within budget.
