ProPM is providing on-going Project and Construction Management services for Workday at their Corporate Headquarters in Pleasanton. Our services include coordination of all design, vendor, and contractor activities from Pre-construction through Construction completion. The projects typically range in size of roughly 30,000 square feet and are open-office, open-ceiling, spaces with a focus on timely delivery to meet Workday's growing staff needs. Working closely with the Workday Facilities, IT, and Security teams, ProPM coordinates all vendor services for Workday including professional services, IT infrastructure and cabling, Audio Visual, and Security Systems. Aside from office spaces, ProPM is currently assisting Workday with the design and develop of their Media Studio which will provide internal and external video capabilities for Workday Social Media events and announcements. In addition, ProPM recently completed a 38,000 square foot field office for Workday in Salt Lake City Utah.
