As Senior Project Manager for the historic San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Mike provided full Project Management services for the duration of the remodel of the existing Atrium. With the relocation and construction of new ticket booths at the exterior of the Atrium, ProPM's services included coordination of all design and construction activities while maintaining ongoing operations of the Museum. Completed in July 2004 with close out in September, the project valuation was roughly $2 million.
