As a team member with The Edward Pike Co., Mike served as the Senior Project Manager for the SFMOMA Museum Store expansion project, and the Museum's new education center now known as, the Koret Education Center. ProPM provided full Project/Construction Management Services for an expansion of the entire project which consisted of three separate phases including relocating offices to 667 Mission and all interties between the complexes. Services included Value Engineering evaluations, alternative work hours and phasing to limit overtime and keep the existing Museum Store open and operational. Extensive coordination amongst consultants, contractors, and vendors on behalf of SFMOMA greatly contributed to the timely completion in September 2002 while maintaining on-going Museum operations throughout the entire project. (Project Valuation was $8 million).
