Project/Construction Management services for the renovation of the NOM open-office environment at Peet's corporate headquarters and historic structure. The project was completed and renovated in 2-phases with staff being moved between phases while construction was on-going. Project services included all design and construction coordination along with extensive budget modeling during the Pre-construction period to ascertain that various additional scope items requested by the Client could be effectively incorporated into the project schedule and budget.
