Project/Construction Management services for the design and construction of the continued remodel of all areas of the Oakland Museum with specific emphasis on the remodel of the Restaurant, James Moore Theatre, and Natural Science Gallery. The Client elected to close the Museum for seven months to allow for a fast-track construction approach for Phase 1.5. Phase 2 will include the remodel of the Natural Science Gallery. Supplemental coordination services by the PM included the Clients Security systems upgrades, new signage program, improvements to the audio and A/V system in the theatre, and expansion of the servery and kitchen of the Restaurant along with a new Museum Store.
