As a team member with The Edward Pike Co., Mike provided Feasibility Phase planning and investigation services while working with the Magnes Steering Committee and Mark Cavagnero Architects. Preparation of a master milestone schedule has established a 9 month Feasibility Phase during which time groundwork for final programmatic studies, conceptual planning, and special consultant studies including traffic, geotechnical, and Historical will take place. Completion is scheduled for February 2010. (Project valuation is likely to be $20 million).
