Project/Construction Management services acting as the Owner's Agent for a publicly funded and bid renovation of an existing single story restaurant into a 2-story corporate office facility. The new facility included new corporate offices and state of the art Data Center with UPS and emergency generator backup along with extensive Training Facilities. This project was publicly bid due to Contra Costa County funding and the project was successfully completed on time and below the original project budget. (Project Valuation: $7 million.)
