Acting as the Owner's Representative/Project Manager for the construction of a new Firehouse and Medical Clinic in Bolinas, California, Mike is heading an essential facilities project for the County of Marin. In order to meet the client's budget and needs, extensive Value Engineering alternatives and coordination efforts with the final design are consistently established to ensure completion in May 2007. Construction Value was $3.5 million.
