President/Project Management
Mike is the founder of ProPM, Inc. and is a licensed Civil Engineer from the University of California at Berkeley. His experience which spans 35+ years includes extensive practical hands-on Project and Construction Management of each client’s project. Over the past 18 years managing ProPM, Mike has been involved in a number of significant Bay Area iconic projects including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), and the Oakland Museum of California (OMofCA). These Museum projects combine the complexity of custom construction with managing projects in on-going facilities. In addition, and of primary focus, Mike continues to provide PM services for large complex Commercial tenant improvements and Life Science projects. His Project Delivery System ascertains his client’s projects with on-time performance with significant savings to their relocation and real estate costs.

Mike started ProPM, Inc. to provide professional Project/Construction Management services utilizing his expertise in the area, of Project Management, Design, and Construction. Project Management is the method; while experience and understanding of the technical aspects of each project enables Mike to ensure the project's success. His approach is to assist each client in achieving their project’s objectives while controlling their budget and schedule for their benefit.
